One of the dual ministry matrix arms of Jesus Is Lord Church, the Church Development Network covers a broad scope of services essential to the continued operation and growth of local churches. It is focused on harnessing and strengthening the specific skills and talents of our church members.

Worship Arts Network (WAN)

Jesus’ Army of Musicians (JAM)
Psalm 150:3-4 reads: “Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; praise Him with the lute and harp! Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! Praise Him with loud cymbals; praise Him with high sounding cymbals!” Indeed, musical instruments, through our God-given passion for music, are among the many tools to welcome and feel the presence of the Holy Spirit as we bring praise and worship to our God Almighty.

Voices in Adoration (VIA)
Author Steven R. Guthrie says that singing establishes a strong connection between individuals and life of the church, which then supports the Word of God that communicates His presence and work among all of us. In singing, we minister to our God and dedicate our voices in bringing praise and worship to Jesus, the Most Holy One.

T.E.A.M. (Triune, Elyondoulos, ACTS, Movenerate)

Triune Movers
Street dancing unifies our spirit with Jesus. Every movement, no matter how simple or complicated, is an act of dedicating our strength to Jesus. In dancing, we don’t just move to the beat and sound of music, but we boldly worship and praise the Lord as we express the joy of having been given the privilege to serve Him.

Elyondoulos
The use of tambourine in combination with dancing delivers a joyous feast of gathering together to praise and worship our God. Every move to the tambourine melody and sound inspires a grateful feeling of experiencing the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Artists for Christ in Total Surrender (ACTS)
Pantomime, as a form of praise and worship, works on the spirituality and emotion of individuals. It goes through the core of touching us with God’s love through every graceful gesture, without any spoken word.

Movenerate
In interpretative dance, we express through every step, turn, lift, and movement of our body the understanding of our hearts and souls on the truth of God. We represent and convey our communion with the Holy Spirit as we seek to bless every soul the way we are blessed to be able to offer our strength for His purpose and glory.

Artists’ Circle (Theater/Drama Ministry)
Theater and drama are a perennial way of reaching out to people; thus, an effective approach to deliver God’s word and message. With every line spoken, action or gesture made, and emotion conveyed, we connect the spirit of teamwork in expressing our understanding of God’s truth to people. We seek to reach out, inspire, encourage, and lift up every spirit to the beautiful realization of God’s great love to all of us.

Creative Arts Network (CAN)

We are blessed to organize a strong production team to look over the requirements, operation, and implementation of every activity and event of JIL Church:

• Program Management (Program Execution and Venue Preparation)
• Technical SPL (Sounds, Projection and Lights)
• Audio, Video, Photo Documentation and AVP Production (coverage, archiving and processing into an AVP)

These are the dedicated Ushering ministry that assists every church member upon arrival at the church and during and after every worship service. They make sure that all members are comfortable and fully focused on hearing God’s message.

The Security of the Saints ensures that every church member and the church and its premises are safe and secured in worship services.
